Kay Burnham

Kay Burnham worked in the entertainment ticketing industry for over 30 years and has been a member of INTIX for over 20 years. She is the 2023 Patricia G. Spira Lifetime Achievement recipient and a past chair of the INTIX board. At the end of 2021, she retired as Vice President, Guest Services, at Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Now, Kay is a busy leadership coach with clients from across the live entertainment industry; where she takes her knowledge of organizational psychology and her decades of experience as a leader and mindfulness practitioner and uses them to help empower other leaders to create healthy, positive working environments and maintain their well-being.
