I help clients improve their front of house operations and deliver successful live events. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, I have worked events produced by national and international brands such as, The National Football League, the United States Golf Association, CONMEBOL, Premier Lacrosse League, TGR Foundation, WWE, Superfly Presents, Red Bull, The NCAA as well as independent venues and event organizers.

My core competencies include live event ticket operations, event management, staff training, access control, VIP program execution, and event services. I can create and manage pop-up box offices, recruit and train staff, service and execute VIP packages, and manage entry gates and security checkpoints. I have also been involved in two venue renovations and one new venue opening. My mission is to provide quality service and support for any event, whether it's a capacity of 200 or 20,000.
