In the olden days, if your scanners went down, you ripped tickets. The ticketing system went down? You dusted off that box of pre-printed tickets. What do you do in an increasingly digital world where more and more (if not all) tickets are digital? The show must go on and having a plan to navigate these situations is your key to success. Creating a mobile disaster plan so you can manage any disaster, from minor challenges to a total ticketing system meltdown, is the first step. Join us as we provide the building blocks for creating a mobile disaster plan. Also, hear from ticket office pros who have survived disasters and learn from their experience.
