Join Rob Williams for an engaging, hands-on session where he will demonstrate how to leverage AI to create business solutions that save hours of work in just seconds. Live on stage, he will build three fully self-contained apps designed to streamline ticket office operations and show you how to create your own. Using “Claude,” Rob will develop a chargeback rebuttal wizard that uses AI to generate letters and learns from its mistakes. He will create a membership query organizer with “Make,” a simple drag-and-drop AI automation tool, to categorize and respond to member inquiries. He will also showcase AI's ability to transform standard ticket office policies into engaging training quizzes in just 30 seconds. If time permits, he will take suggestions from the audience. At the end of the session, Rob will share links to the content he has created.
